Sharing my love of teaching and my passion for health and fitness with other women is the goal of my business. Through private, small group and corporate training, I use Pilates, yoga, and classic strength and cardiovascular training, while mixing in cutting-edge fitness innovations, to help my clients regain health, build strength and stamina, increase flexibility, lose weight, improve body image, and develop healthy lifestyle choices.

My studio in Malvern, PA is designed to promote a peaceful wellness environment in which I can provide individually-tailored programs in a friendly and non-judgmental atmosphere.
